- We are sorry, but a day-use is not available.

- You can stay with your dog only at the Dog Suite Villa.

- Are there any rules for staying with pets?
- Please note the following rules.
・There are no restrictions on the number of dogs or breeds.
・Up to two dogs are free of charge, and we charge ¥3,300 (tax included) per dog for the third dog and any additional dogs.
・Please submit proof of rabies and vaccine (5-in-1, etc.) vaccinations in advance by email or bring it with you on the day. If you forget to bring it on the day, please submit it by email at a later date.
・Dogs are not allowed in the front desk area.
・Dogs that are not toilet trained must wear diapers indoors.
・In the event of an accident, you may be charged for cleaning fees.
・Dogs are not allowed in the bathroom or toilet indoors. However, you may spend time with your dog in other areas such as the BBQ space.
・Please dispose of your dog's waste responsibly. We provide toilet sheets, garbage bags, and trash bins for your use.
・Please keep your dog on a leash in the park and common areas. Dogs may be off-leash indoors and in the dog run.

- 50% will be charged from 30 days prior to arrival, and 100% will be charged from 7 days prior to arrival.

- Will there be a cancellation fee in the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon?
- If, on the day of check-in, natural disasters such as typhoons cause highway closures or public transportation suspensions along the route to our facility, making it physically impossible for you to reach us, or if we determine that the facility must close, we will waive the cancellation fee.
Additionally, if we determine that there is a safety risk at the facility, we will contact you directly.

- Are there special rates for children?
- Children under elementary school age (12 years old or younger) are charged the child rate, while junior high school students (13 years old or older) and above are charged the adult rate.
Elementary school children are charged ¥4,950 for accommodation and ¥3,850 for the kids' BBQ dinner menu.
Preschool children can stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed.
There is an additional charge for bedding.
There are two pricing options for infants.
i. Without bedding: There is no charge for sleeping together. However, meals are not included.
ii. With bedding: There is a charge of 4,950 yen.
Meals are optional.
Dinner is a kids' BBQ menu (3,850 yen), and breakfast is the same hot sandwich set as for adults (1,650 yen).
